1. What products do you offer?
Basically, our product range in the medical field is endless. Please feel free to make a specific inquiry and we will help you supply your product.

2. Which form of contact do you prefer?
We are completely in line with your wishes! You can send us an email, use our contact form or call us

3. How does an order work?
After you have given us the exact product name, a target price, your desired quantities and the delivery time, we will immediately let you know how long we need for our research. Usually we need 3-6 working days. Depending on how scarce your product is currently on the market, it may take a little longer. 
As soon as we have a positive message, we will send you the information by mail. At best, you confirm the price and we send you a PO. Once you confirm it, we will send you a dossier with all the necessary documents and photos concerning the product - which is needed for import and export, as well as for your subsequent use. 

4. How much time do I have to make a purchase decision?
All our offers are valid for 72h. After that, both the price and quantity guarantee expire. If you still want to place an order after that, we will of course try to satisfy it. No guarantees can be given after this period. The guarantee is valid only for the length of our first offer. 

5. What about the payment conditions?
We work exclusively with a full prepayment of the amount to be charged. The reason for this is the regulations of producers and suppliers, who without exception work only with a 100% deposit. In exceptional cases we provide payment by means of a letter of credit. Only if the time required for the procurement of the product allows it. In most cases this is not the fact. 

6. What do you mean by a dossier?

A dossier contains all the necessary product photos of the goods you ordered. In addition, if available, the QR code of the goods (usually standard for prescription drugs). All papers, such as COO and COA, as well as batch number, exact name of the goods and the expiration date.

7. How is the shipment made?
We will deliver the goods to the place of your choice anywhere in the world. Our prices are always quoted ex works. Delivery costs are shown separately. Most of the time we deliver from Germany. Costs such as customs and any other fees or even the import tax of your country, you have to bear yourself. 

8. How is our payment made?
Our sales prices include a small percentage surcharge on our purchase price. We always try not to increase the prices of all goods more than it justifies our performance. We are always trying to get the best price for you. 

9. What guarantees do you provide?
We guarantee the authenticity and integrity of the goods. In terms of the law, we are obliged to do so anyway. If, contrary to expectations, we have been deceived, only the delivery time for your product will be delayed. The wrong goods will not leave our warehouse and will be reported to the relevant authorities, as handed over.

10. How long is the delivery time?
This varies from product to product and will be communicated to you with the first information. Basically, not faster than 3 days and no longer than 30 days.
